Petty thoughts: She's not worth it
An "oldie" of sorts, like me the listener, on the radio. Tom Petty's Listen To Her Heart. And the opening line that I hated then and now. So I just have to say this these many years later.
The opening lines:
You think you’re gonna take her away/ With your money and your cocaine
Look, if she's a gal who makes you feel insecure because there's a guy around with alot of money and cocaine, you're better off without her. And perhaps she's also better off without you. As the song says "She might need a lot of lovin'/ But she don't need you."
Just had to say that into space that after all these years.
